Why you should give yourself a break.

You don’t have to be constantly chasing something. Maybe you are just staying afloat right now or maybe you feel like you’re slipping backwards. Regardless, don’t beat yourself up about it. You’re human and life happens.

The funny thing about accepting where you are right now is that it makes it so much easier to make changes when you’re ready because you’re not trying to run away from something.

Notice how much you use the word ‘need’ when you talk about your goals. You should never feel obligated to do anything, it should always be your own decision. I think it’s also important to note that not everyone is in a place to make that choice. Like I’ve said before, health is a privilege not an obligation.
