Why you don’t have to justify your food choices

So often I see people justifying their food choices and it makes me really sad. You never have to justify your food choices, to yourself or others. It is okay to make any choice that you want and own it. You don’t have to ‘earn’ it, you don’t have to know the exact macros, you don’t have to compensate afterwards. You don’t need you feel guilty or anxious or pressure to ‘get back on track’ or ‘be good’ later. Your food choices are your own business, nobody else’s. Do what feels good to you regardless of what others are doing or saying. You owe it to yourself!
