Why intuitive eating is the best

When you decide to leave diet culture behind, you often experience a sense of loss. That’s totally normal. Diet culture makes you think that you’re part of something, that by engaging in dieting that your life will be better and that without it, you’ll be ‘out of control.’ You might feel like you’re giving something up but it leaves space for so much more in your life. There are many benefits but in this post I wanted to highlight the food-related ones. They might seem insignificant but if you’ve had a bad relationship with food in the past, you come to really appreciate them.
