What to do when you’re feeling blue
Feeling a bit low is different from struggling with clinical depression. However, all of us need to take care of our mental health. I'd like to share a few ideas that might boost your mood. These are activities that you can do without even leaving the house:
✔️ You could bake a cake🧁 ✔️ You could watch a fave movie 🎥 ✔️ You could have a dance party 💃 If you aren’t able to do any of these things, that’s totally okay. Take care of yourself in whatever way you can. Your wellbeing matters.
