Trying something new in fitness
I’m a total creature of habit so while I like trying new things, it sometimes requires a bit of a push. I’ve just joined a new gym which offers a bunch of classes. The other day I tried one called ‘Badass.’ It was totally different to the usual type of training that I do, it was low weight, high rep and even involved burpees. Surprisingly, I loved it! It was great to get a nice butt burn and sweat to start the day. It reminded me of the importance of trying new things. It is easy to get stuck in our ways and dismiss anything outside of our usual activities. Let this be your gentle kick in the pants to try new things, inside and outside fitness. You might just surprise yourself!
