Own your food choices

I’m always interested to see how much people base their food choices on what other people are doing in a social setting. For example, when ordering dessert in a restaurant.

This makes no sense to me, your food choices should be based on what you want, not on what others are doing. You do not need permission from others, eat what feels good to you and own it. If that’s 3 courses, go for it, if that’s just a main course, that’s fine too.

Give your body the respect it deserves and stop allowing others to dictate your decisions. Trust me, it’s really freeing!
