Why I don't like New Year's Resolutions
I’m not a big fan of new year’s resolutions because: 🌟 They’re often tied up with diet culture. 🌟 They’re inherently unsustainable. 🌟 They make you feel bad when you can’t keep them up.
It's not your fault Rather than blaming your perceived lack of willpower or self-control for failing, it’s important to realise that the system is the problem. It’s set up to make you fail and keep spending money to try to fix it (that’s how the weight loss industry makes money).
