No it’s not a lifestyle, it’s a diet

If you use the phrases ‘on point’, ‘off track’, or ‘fallen off the bandwagon’ to describe your approach to food, it’s a diet. If you are trying to change your body as a result of your nutritional choices, it’s a diet. If you have rules about what, when or how much you can eat, it’s a diet. Just because you use the term lifestyle to describe your approach to food, it doesn’t mean it is. Living a healthy lifestyle and living your life on a diet are not the same thing. Think about whether your current approach is serving you, mentally and physically. If not, it’s time to make a a change. You deserve to be happy now, don’t postpone it.
