No abs, no fucks given


Fitness doesn’t have a look. You don’t have to have abs/biceps/glutes to be ‘legit.’ You can do fitness your own way. Maybe you love the gym, maybe running is your fave or you’re obsessed with yoga. All are fine, you do you. . Maybe you have stretch marks, cellulite or loose skin, none of those things define your fitness levels. Maybe you love wearing leggings, maybe you like to rock some shorts or maybe baggy sweats are your thing, it doesn’t matter. Whether you want to change your body or not, realise that right now you are enough. Fitness is for you, if and when you want it. Don’t let anyone tell you that you have to change to be into fitness.
