More lies that diet culture tells you
There is a lot of BS about nutrition that is promoted in both mainstream and social media. Much is this is from diet culture, which propagates a number of myths that often go unchallenged. ⠀ Nutrition is nuanced, it is dependent upon you and your current life circumstances. Blanket statements are problematic. Nobody can tell you exactly how, what and when to eat. Anyone who claims otherwise is probably trying to sell you something. In all of this, I think it’s important to remember that your body has your back. Feeding it well is important but you don’t have to overthink it. Listen to your body, without judging it, and your food choices will become a lot easier.
