Making an investment in your health and fitness goals

While it’s true that there is a lot of content on the internet that you can get for free, there comes a point that you might need to invest to reach your goals.

Over the years, I’ve had 3 different online fitness coaches. The first time that I made that commitment, it was really scary. This wasn’t only because of the money but it made my goals more ‘real.’ The truth is that you sometimes need to put yourself into a position where you might fail in order to succeed. It’s important to remember that if you do fail, it doesn’t mean you are a failure, or that you can never be successful in the future. There’s something really interesting that happens when you make a real investment and risk failing. You take things more seriously, you are more committed and you work harder. This doesn’t only happen with fitness, you might have noticed this in other areas of your life. I’ve recently made the first significant financial investment in my coaching business. I’m not going to lie, it was really scary but I knew it was the right thing to do to go where I want to. I started coaching because I’m hugely passionate about helping people but I’ve got a lot to learn about running a business and that’s why I needed this next step.
