Lies that diet culture tells you


Diet culture is sneaky. It makes you feel that you always need to be dieting, it makes you think food rules are normal, it makes you think that not eating in a restrictive way is bad. You don’t have to follow these arbitrary rules. You can tune into your own body’s cues and use them to guide your food choices. It’s not easy but it is possible and takes practice, persistence and patience.
