Intuitive eating on holiday
I’ve definitely been on the left side of this infographic and can confirm it was absolutely miserable. I missed out on enjoying so many holidays because I felt so trapped in my routines and rituals that I just couldn’t let go. Holidays are treats and you deserve to enjoy them. They can be an amazing way to recharge mentally and physically. Allow yourself to relax, you’ll be so glad you did when you get back. Don’t let diet culture rob you of that experience.
