Intuitive eating and self care


There is not a right or wrong way to do self care. Your needs will vary hour to hour, day to day and week to week. Self care might mean activity, it might mean rest. Self care might mean eating something nutritious or eating something just because it tastes good. It might mean zoning out or checking in. It’s important to note that self care is a privilege and isn’t something that everyone can access. However, if you’re able, honouring your needs, even in a small way, can make a really big difference.
