It isn’t about trying to fit into a specific mould. ⠀ Intuitive eating has principles that you implement into your life in a way that works for you. This means that it looks different for everyone and even within the same person depending on their preferences, lifestyle and commitments. ⠀ Don’t compare your diet, exercise or body to anyone else’s. You have unique needs and you should own them! It’s so empowering to break free from rules and pave your own way.
