How to get a ‘summer body’.
There’s a lot of talk right now about getting a ‘summer body’, it seems like everyone’s ‘shredding’, ‘cutting’ or dieting in some way and increasing ‘fat-burning’ cardio. This often leaves people feeling like they should get on board and change their bodies to be ‘ready for summer’. I’d just like to remind you that you do not have to change your body in any way for summer (or any other time). Your body is worthy just as it is and you deserve to treat it well regardless of what it looks like. I think it’s also important to remember that your body is only one aspect of yourself, there is so much more to you. That is what the people around you care about, they don’t give a shit what you look like. I wanted to design something to really help people with this period of time. People who don’t want to get sucked into extreme dieting and exercising but want to feel good in their own skin. I have just created a group coaching programme that helps you to eat and move in a way that makes you feel awesome. It doesn’t involve trying to change your body. This is all about feeling happy, energised and confident. We start on 6th May and there are limited spots available.
