Emotional eating


There’s a lot of panic about emotional eating. It is seen as acting out of control, lacking willpower and being a bad person. That is BS. Food is not just fuel. It’s okay to eat for reasons other than hunger. As long as you have a range of tools to deal with your emotions, it is not a big deal. ⠀ The more you stress about it, the worse you are making it for yourself. Be kind to yourself, tune into what you are feeling and move on. You deserve it.
