Diet culture is everywhere. It seems normal to have a bunch of rules about food and to be constantly trying to eat a restrictive diet and punishing yourself with exercise. ⠀ This isn’t how you have to live your life. It allows you to enjoy meals out with friends, choosing what you want on the menu rather than what you think you should eat. It allows you to go on holiday without worrying that you can’t get to a gym. Most of all, it gives you the time and energy to pursue what you are really passionate about.
