Diet mentality vs intuitive eating: eating a piece of cake

Food is not just fuel. It should be enjoyable, it should be satisfying and should not be associated with anxiety, guilt or judgement. You deserve to give your body the food it needs. Deprivation does not lead to health or happiness and denying yourself of food isn’t sustainable. You can have your cake and eat it too.
