I don’t do meal plans and I don’t give out macros or calories. You are the expert of your own body. I can’t tell you when, what or how much to eat. You should be the one to call the shots.
Likewise, I won’t tell you exactly how you should exercise. I’ll help you find out what you enjoy and support you to pursue those activities in a way that fits within your lifestyle and current abilities.
I won’t try to shrink your body. I’ll support you to get rid of clothes that no longer fit, delete your calorie counting apps and ditch your fitness tracker. I’ll help you get unstuck from the diet mentality to make space for what you really want in your life. I’ll enable you to free up time and energy to focus on your relationships, hobbies and passions.
It’s never too late to make a change. If you want to ditch the diet mentality, you can do it. You are not broken. Your body and brain are incredibly resilient, you can find your happy and healthy place.
